The Rose among Thorns, that's how we describe Jamie Lynn who has taken over from Louis "The Big Rig" McIvor on the Weekend In The Country Show.

And she does this while running a household that includes Hunky Hubby Shawn and their 2 "Country Music Junkies" in training-------5 year old Mackenzie and 3 year old AJ. (We think AJ stands for Alan Jackson but Jamie won't share that privileged info with us.)

When she isn't busy (not sure when that is) Jamie Lynn loves watching just about every Reality TV Show known to man, along with Grey's Anatomy, Gossip Girl, 90210. We're talking sizzle over substance here folks, but Yes she is old enough to be a Mom! And sneaking into McDonald's when she THINKS no one is watching.

Jamie Lynn is also Country 103's #1 Concert Goer. (Did you hear what she did to Keith Urban!) And she's also Country 103's #1 supporter of the Blazers (Did you hear------oh never mind that was years ago!)

Other than a short stint in Castlegar this gal has spent the rest of her 15 years (maybe that wasn't such a short stint in the Kootenays) living right here. And she loves Kamloops as much as Dr. McDreamy and Mr. McFlurry.
